According to the help file for Lesson Schedules, bishoprics, clerks, executive secretaries, and ward website administrators have administrator rights for lesson schedules. As a counselor in a branch presidency, I do not appear to have administrator rights. Do branch presidency counselors have administrator rights?

Ok, I have resolved this issue.

Why are Branch Website Administrators denied administrative rights?

I am the Branch Website Administrator in a retired persons branch. I find that my calling does not give me any administrative rights. Why are we treated differently than a ward?

I wouldn't think that branch administrators are treated differently from ward administrators; certainly the documentation for the various applications says that they should have the same rights.

Have you verified that you indeed have the correct standard calling? Ask your branch clerk to verify that your calling is a standard calling (he can look in CDOL and make sure that your calling appears in black text, not orange text).

Are you asking about a particular application (you posted this in the Lesson Schedules forum section)? Or do you find that you don't have administrator rights to any of the applications (Calendar, Directory, Newsletter, Lesson Schedules)?

I'm not familiar with the administration of the old "classic" web sites, but I believe I've seen posts that administrators on the classic sites don't necessarily transfer over to the new tools. Were you the website administrator for classic sites? If so maybe that's the issue. In any case, aebrown's advice should get the matter corrected.
