Suggestion to integrate email notification of newsletter update

Our ward currently uses the Leader Resources "Send-A-Message" to email out a weekly ward newsletter to all ward members. We may transition to this new lds.org Newsletter capability. But it would be nice to be able to have a way to notify via email when a set of updated content has been made to the Newsletter.

We could continue to use the "Send-A-Message" with the link to lds.org/member-news. But it would be even more convenient if the Newsletter application included a "Publish/Notify" button that the a newsletter admin could use to cause an email to be automatically sent to all ward members to notify them that new content is available.

Otherwise, people are not likely to visit the newsletter link repeatedly hoping that there might be more content. It seems more efficient for them if they get notification of updated content.

In effect this would be like an RSS feed that members (in the US) are automatically signed up for, like they are for any Send-A-Message email, unless they opt out.
