When there is more than one attachment to an article the list of attachments is collapsed. The list can be expanded by clicking the "expand" link. However once the list has been expanded the link continues to be titled "expand". The word "expand" should change to "collapse" when the list is expanded since the list collapses when the link is clicked.

Additionally, the small triangle/arrow to the left of the word "Expand" should reverse to point up along with the word changing to "Collapse" - Only asthetics of course, but we're looking for perfection
