Modify admin level without deleting

I think this is a great application so far. In adding new publishers I inadvertently listed a calling as an administrator. I wanted to change that to publisher and I couldn't see a way to do it other than to delete and re do. Can it be set so that changes can be made without having to delete?

Also, as I spend several long minutes adding every president as a publisher, I wonder if it would make sense to either auto populate all presidents and secretaries or have check boxes next to those same callings so it could be done quicker.

I know once it is done by calling it probably will never have to be done again, but I think it would be a nice to have feature when setting up a new ward/stake newsletter.
