#1

Post by marianomarini »

I went into italian page and have no Ym and Yw listed on the rigth side menu.
I turned language into english and then its appear. Went to 1st sunday of 2013 and the language went back to italian with no Ym and Yw on the menu.

@marianomarini - I moved your post into a separate thread because I don't want to lose it. Thanks.

@marianomarini: I'm not able to duplicate this problem on our test servers. Will you answer some questions? Are the classes checked when they do appear? Are you an administrator? If so, when you go into the list of classes, are the YM/YW classes for both 2012 and 2013 checked? If you're not an administrator, what is your calling? Thank you.

I'm a Stake Hight Counselor and web administrator, my unit is Vicenza Branch.
Here are the answers.
- No they are not checked, only Elders.
- I don't know what "administrator" means in this context.
- I'll check again (I loose the link to the new calendar!).

I haven't completely reproduced this, but have observed something that may be contributing to the problem, or a perception of a problem.

If I'm in weekly view for January 6, 2013 and change the language, it doesn't go to the new language and remain on January 6, 2013. Instead, it reverts back to the next upcoming Sunday (December 9). This would explain some checked boxes changing. I would expect that it stays on the same date after the language change.

I haven't been able to reproduce the language changing while advancing to the new year.

I've logged this in our issue tracker for consideration for a future version of Lesson (reference 413).

When you use the Insert Image icon click the "basic loader" link in the lower right of the dialog box.

Have you tried finding your answer on the ChurchofJesusChrist.org Help Center or Tech Wiki?

I tested again with Chrome in another pc. Same behavior!
YM and TW classes appear only with english language.
If I go to 2013 it change automatically into Italian and YM and YW desappear.

@jdlessley: I can try it now because I'm not at home so I have not the image!

I was finally able to duplicate this - in Chinese. It's on the list to be fixed. Thanks for finding it.
