The links list at the bottom of the page aren't lined up

I'm not an administrator.

When I open the page, the two lines of links to different parts of the site, and the privacy policy, aren't lined up. This occurred in both Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox, every time I tried to view the page. I've attached a screenshot illustrating this.
