YSA Stake or YSA Ward Responsibility Not Recognized
I am the stake clerk in a YSA stake. I am also set up as an assistant ward clerk in one of the YSA wards for testing purposes. When I try to access the Lesson Scheduler it thinks I am in my home conventional ward. I can't do anything more than a lay member in my home ward can do. I cannot see the YSA stake or YSA ward I am listed in.

Currently you are only setup as the stake clerk. I don't see the assistant ward clerk in CDOL. That would be why you don't have access. (unless they also have a problem with out of unit callings).braithwaitebw wrote:I am the stake clerk in a YSA stake. Out of Unit leaders should be working in the current version. There is a bug that the screen does not update correctly sometimes if one of the two wards (the users home ward, and out-of-unit ward) don't both have active classes, but that is being worked on.
The out-of-unit leader (e.g. YSA ward bishop) can view his home ward classes, and view/create/edit his out-of-unit ward classes.
