If I initially enter a lesson from the class manual and then change the lesson type to Leadership, the year view still shows the title of the lesson from the manual. If I also add a topic name it shows the topic name but still links to the class manual lesson.

To reproduce:

1. The class was for an Elders Quorum using the George A. Smith manual.
2. Edit the lesson for a Sunday with no lesson entered.
3. Select the Class Manual type.
4. Select a lesson (I used Lesson 5).
5. Save
6. The year view at this point correctly shows the lesson title and links to the lesson online.
7. Edit the same Sunday
8. Change the type to Leadership
9. DO NOT enter a lesson topic
10. Save
11. The year view still shows the old lesson title (in this case Lesson 5) and links to the old lesson
12. Edit the same Sunday again
13. Enter a lesson topic
14. Save
15. The year view shows the new lesson topic but still links to the old lesson
