student manual option missing

When I went to select which manual to use, I noticed the student manual for gospel doctrine is missing. Since most members accessing the lesson schedule would need that manual, is it possible to add it to the list?
Also, is it possible to add multiple manuals? That way the teachers accessing the schedule can get to their manual, while everyone else has access to the student manual.
