Feb. 2015 New Era not showing up in iPad Newsstand

I cannot get the "New Era" February issue to show up in Newsstand on my iPad. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restoring purchases, nothing works. From the reviews in the App Store, it appears I'm not the only one. Anyone have a clue what's going on? Is it missing on the server side? Thanks.
