I am the finance clerk in my ward. Logging into the Beta Map I do not get Move/Edit access to any other member except for my own record.

I have Move/Edit access in the current Maps.

I'm seeing the same issue. I sure hope this is not intentional. I can possibly see the reasoning; but an assistant clerk, whether given a targeted responsibility in finance or membership, still has responsibilities as assigned by the clerk. For me this includes assisting the clerk maintain technology systems.

This is intentional, the finance clerk will no longer have permission to move households. I'd suggest you request that the 'assistant clerk' calling be given to you in MLS if you need permissions to do this. The current version of maps should not have been allowing finance clerks the ability to move households.
