LDS Tools missing from Store?

Does anyone know where the app is in the store? I am unable to find it anymore for my Lumia phone or for my HP Elite phone, both Windows 10 Mobile.

Found this... Hopefully I'm not breaking any rules by posting it. I'm not sure if it's what you're hoping for, but it worked on my 950xl.
