Sync services unavailable?

I have been unable to sync my LDS Tools Beta App for the past several weeks and now cannot access any info at all since I've now run afoul of the sync every 30 days policy. Is there a reason that I keep getting the attached error message?

Other info
Current Windows 10 Mobile OS: 10.0.14356.1000
Carrier: AT&T
Device: Lumia 1520
LDS Tools App version: 2.1.1.1

I have the same issue and the same error message. Can't log in on my Windows 10 app.

I'm guessing it's the new photo sync service. LDS Tools for Android and iOS had to be updated for the new photo sync service, but LDS Tools for Windows hasn't been updated yet. I'm not sure the best way to contact the developers (for Windows, it's volunteer developers) – maybe there's a Feedback link in the app? In the meantime, you'll probably need to get ward info online.

I deleted the LDS Tools app and reinstalled it. I was able to log in after that.
