I am a stake clerk and was given the assignment to add photos of all stake officers to the Directory. This worked fine until suddenly the access rules changed and I can no longer do this through the Directory. However, I discovered that I can add stake leader photos using LDS Tools. I was excited about this until I discovered that the photos disappear when I sync. I'm not sure why this happens or if there is a way around it, Any ideas?

My guess is that the photos disappear until they're approved.
