List email not working

List email not working

I have used the Send Email to List occassionally and it works fine. I just helped our RS President do the same thing, yet her emails are never received. She is on the list and so am I. Neither of us received the email she sent. Is there something simple that she is not doing? In the BCC field, all the emails do show up, they just aren't received.

Who is her email provider? Both AOL and Yahoo occasionally block emails as a way to prevent spam when large numbers are sent out.

Gmail.

How does one know that they were even sent, i guess could be another addendum to the original question.

Since this is in LDS Tools, I assume this is sent with the user's email account rather than though church servers. I'd check all the email accounts set up on the iPad and check for a "Sent" folder.
Have you searched the Wiki?
Try using a Google search by adding "site:tech.lds.org/wiki" to the search criteria.

Make sure that under settings that LDS tools has permission to use her email. That could prevent it from sending if she blocked permissions.
