I must be blind, but I don't see how to do this under "Settings". All I have under "Settings" are the following:
o Update Passcode
o Calendar Months:
o Sign Out
o Help

If it's under "Help", then I can't see it because it doesn't work for me.

It is under Settings > Help, actually. When you click Feedback it creates a new email addressed to LDSToolsSupport@ldschurch.org, with the subject line "Feedback" – you can probably send an email directly to that address if the Help menu doesn't work. Be sure to include the version of LDS Tools you're using, the version of iOS you're on, and the type of device you have.
