I have noticed since updating to 2.4.0 for LDS Tools on iOS that the directory has no information in it for any of the wards in my stake. I can however click on callings/bishopric and then see the info in their, however the directory isn't showing any info.

I believe that this is a known issue. Try this: tap sort in the top right corner of the directory screen and select an option (e.g. Household, Individual, Family). Your directory data will then display.
