Ward Data is Blank

I'm a Stake President and as of 8/27/14 when anyone in the stake was a sync/download of the state, one unit is missing. The unit name is there to select, but all the pages are blank. They don't show at the stake level either. Can't seem to find the right tech support number to call. The data is in LDS.ORG and the MLS, but corrupted when download to LDS Tools. Any help or ideas?
