Privacy settings not reflected in LDS Tools for iPhone

In the Directory, an individual can set their privacy levels to Private-Leadership Only. When I access this members information I see a notation that their information is Private. However, when I view the same member's information on LDS Tools (iPhone, version 2.1.3) there is no indication that this information is private/restricted. This has led to the inadvertent sharing of information that should not have been shared.
