It would be very nice if LDS Tools supported a URL scheme that would allow for at a minimum opening the application from other apps as outlined in the iOS App Programming Guide. Being able to go from maps into the record of the closest member in LDSTools would be a dream for example.
As long as I'm wishing, implementing the x-callback-url specification would be even more helpful.

As senior missionaries serving in Thailand this would be ideal as we could easily find members near where we are when someone misses an appointment. This would have been even more useful when we were new in our branch and didn't know where anyone lived.

You can link to Member Tools using membertools:// , but as far as I know there's not a way to link to a specific location in the app. That would be a good suggestion to send (Help > Contact Us).
