Birthday list broken

The birthday list report no longer displays in 2.1.2. It stopped working after Dec. 1, presumably because it was not programmed to handle birthdays that occur in the upcoming year (2013). I make a point to always wish ward members a happy birthday and hope this function is restored soon.
