Out of Unit Leaders

Hi,
We just setup a couple of out of unit positions between wards in stake and I now see the member twice in LDS Tools, however the rest of the Household are no longer displayed. In the lookup I see the member and spouse name but when selected only the single member shows.
This is same for both members that are serving in neighboring units.
Anything known here?
