tools not working

To the last poster, thank you for that explanation. This information was very helpful. As a bishop I rely on LDS Tools quite a bit, and just jumped on LDSTECH tonight after having the same issue as apparently many others have had trying to sync this evening (i.e. losing the whole ward roster--as well as all stake units--on the app), but I neglected to even think about the server capacity being maxed out on the weekend. That makes a lot of sense, and I will not try to sync on the weekend in the future. I believe this is the first time I have tried to sync on Sunday.
