Birthday list will not load/update - I get failed with error "500"

I am getting an error: "LDS.org was not able to process the request. Failed with error 500. Please try again." I have tried multiple times with both iPad and iPhone. I removed LDS tools from iPhone and reloaded but still got the same error. I am using version 2.0.3
Anyone know what this means or how to get around this error?

I'm having a similar problem, after having to clear all data and update my iPhone the birth dates and age do not show anymore. I can still see the other leader information but not the birth date and age.

Is this the same problem as reported in
LDS Tools crashes when updating? Are you also an Executive Secretary?
Access levels has apparently changed

Ward Executive Secretaries along with others have now been denied access to the bishops action and interview list on the iOS.
Since Ward Executive Secretaries are the key person in most wards in helping the bishop and counselors keep up with these actions items such as youth interviews and temple recommend interviews, I hope the Brethern reconsider this decision.
