Correct Displayed Address, Wrong Map Location

Correct Displayed Address, Wrong Map Location
For members that have recently moved into our ward, their address is correctly displayed through LDS tools app, but when you click the address to show it on a map, it shows the location of their previous home. This is occurring for members that haved moved into our ward within the past 2 months. Occurs on both my iPad and iPhone (iPad 2 and iPhone 3GS, running iOS 5.1.1).

This issue is not just an LDS Tools issue. It is a Maps issue. It has been reported in the Updating Address After Moving and bug in the maps -moved and changed address, but my map dot didn't threads in the Maps forum.
