I am not able to update data, consistently, when i update some of the names will disappear,but there are names that i have sent to other wards, and they will not go off my phone. Their other wards have already recieved the records, but it will not go off my phone,even when i have deleted the data and they update again. Also turned off left for a couple of minutes and restart and update they are still there. What do i do?

How long have you waited? It's possible that some kind of handshake has to take place with the ward's MLS first.

These names are not in our wards directory any longer, but will NOT come off the iphone. Some have been out of the ward for a month or longer.
