When I try to load LDS Tools it fails. The link I am using is from the version 1.0.1 Wiki post (here is a copy of the link: http://tech.lds.org/dl/bb/LDSTools/LDSTools.jad).

The error I get occurs after the download completes at it starts to install. The details of the error say "907 Invalid COD". My OS is v6.0.0.706

I should have also pointed out that this installed fine back in January but that BlackBerry died and I recently got a replacement of the exact same model (9780) and now it doesn't install. I so not know the OS version of my previous BlackBerry. If I could just go back one LDSTools version I think I would be fine.

RESOLVED. Just in case someone else had this same problem, the link on the church website is WRONG. You must use the link on the BlackBerry website to install LDS Tools on your BlackBerry Bold. To do so you must install "BlackBerry App World" first (Enter your email address to get a install link here: http://us.blackberry.com/apps/app-world/download.html). Then create a BlackBerry account Login (free) at the same site. Then download "BlackBerry App World" using the emailed link and install. Run the BlackBerry App World on your BlackBerry, it will update and reboot your BlackBerry after you give it permissions. Run the BlackBerry App World again, search for LDSTools, install it following the prompts and it works. In summary, the link on the church website (http://tech.lds.org/dl/bb/LDSTools/LDSTools.jad) is WRONG and does not work, so, you must use the BlackBerry.com website (http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/126202/) and you need BlackBerry App World installed to make that work.

By the way, the LDSTools works just fine no matter what the reviews say. It is difficult to live without but it hasn't been updated for a while so you still can't display photos, let alone submit them or edit other info.
