Where to download the most recent stable version?

I'm trying to download the latest stable release of LDStools for Android from the tech.lds.org website. According to the Wiki page (https://tech.lds.org/wiki/LDS_Tools_for_Android), the download page for the latest stable version should be located at http://tech.lds.org/dl/android/org.lds.ldstools/ but when I visit the previous link, my browser is redirected to the Android Apps page (http://tech.lds.org/dl/android/).

Where can I download the most recent stable version of LDStools for android?
