Delete photos problem

Recently have been posting many ward member photos to LDS Tools w/ my Galaxy S5. Some young members have previous photos which I have tried unsuccessfully to replace because they will not delete. I continually get "Failed to delete photo, try again later msg." Any ideas? Thanks

What is the visibility (privacy) setting for the photos that will not delete? What is the visibility setting for the household? Have you tried deleting or replacing a photo using the Directory online at LDS.org? If so, are the results the same as when deleting or replacing a photo from your Android device?

[Moderator note: This thread was split from the Photos on lds.org show on mobile apps? thread which is an old thread that really does not apply to the individual mobile operating system versions of LDS Tools. It is better to post issues with LDS Tools in the forum for the operating system involved since each version of LDS Tools is developed separately.]

Note that everything below the horizontal line, such as my signature "JD Lessley", is part of my signature line. Every forum user can have a signature line. In this case my signature line is there as a reminder where there is some additional help outside the forum. It is there for every post I make.

For your issue it is best to stick to the forum. If you answer the questions in my previous post then we can narrow down what the problem may be. I may not have the solution but we may be able to find someone who does or even get programmers involved. We won't know until we get some dialogue going.
