I have lost the sync and settings key on my samsung galaxy 10.1 costco tablet. It used to sync and nowni cant find how to do it. Any suggestions? I've uninstalled the app and no success.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 (2013 edition). I recently had to have it serviced under warranty and they reinstalled the OS, wiping out everything. I simply downloaded the App again and set-up the sync (using my LDS.org credentials). Did you try it with your lds.org credentials?
