I was recently called as the Assistant Executive Secretary. The Executive Secretary said I should have access to reports on my LDS Tools app (Android) since I have that access on the PC MLS, but... it is not showing up.

Is there something I need to do or set up? It's been a week since I was set up on in MLS on the Ward's PC. So I've been added in the MLS, I can log into MLS and see the reports I should see on the PC, and I even show up on under "Callings" as the Assistant Executive Secretary on the actual LDS Tools app.

Access to MLS and access to online tools are not connected. Access to MLS is based on who is configured as users in MLS. Rights to the online and mobile tools is based on your calling.

Are you a stake Assistant Executive Secretary or a ward Assistant Executive Secretary? The Stake Asst. Exec Sec calling should provide rights to online tools. Ward Asst. Exec Sec is not a standard calling and does not provide any rights to online tools. If you are at the ward level you may want talk to your bishop and with the stake to see if they want to also give you the calling of Assistant Ward Clerk. That calling gives access to online and mobile tools.
