Can LDS Tools also show Home and Visiting Teachers? Leaders especially need to have ready access to this information. If not, can a leader app be created that functions like Ward Tools?

I am a community developer for LDS Tools for iOS devices. The church is looking at what it will take to expose that information in a specialized leadership section of LDS Tools. The development / discussion of such has just recently started. I suspect it will be a few months before that data can be exposed. But, know it is on the radar, and will eventually make it's way into LDS Tools.

As Nate said, this is on the radar. But unlike much of the other membership data, HT/VT poses a very fundamental problem -- not just exposing data that exists in a database in Salt Lake, but getting the data into those databases in the first place. Historically, HT/VT detail has existed only on the local ward MLS computers. So the first problem is capturing the data in central databases. Exposing it on the web site and on handheld apps then could be the next step.
