Hello. I’m being forced to sync in LDS Tools and it’s getting stuck and takes me back to sync again. Please don’t suggest if I’m inputting the correct password. There is a tech glitch in the force sync and I can’t get in to the app. I used TOOLs through mobile website this morning and that’s working through there.
I hope the app regarding sync gets fixed soon!

There are server issues today and has been ongoing for several hours. We may have to wait until Monday morning after they are able to take a look at what or where the problem(s) is (are).

Good to know. I've been having issues logging in to Tools all day. I also can't log in on the website using Firefox, but I can with Safari.
