Member wants non-member spouse to show up in LDS tools

Member wants non-member spouse to show up in LDS tools
I have been asked by a part-member to have his non-member wife show up in LDS tools so it doesn't appear like he is a single dad with kids. His wife and marriage are current on the Member List in LCR under Family but only Household is displayed in LDS tools and in the directory. Is there a way to get his wife to display or switch to Family view in LDS tools and/or the directory? Thanks

You'll have to contact membership support. Apparently they have access to a switch that will allow non-member spouses to show.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
