Building Calendar in LDSTools

We have discovered that is impossible to show building calendars in LDSTools. While the building calendars are visibile at lds.org, it's not a choice in LDS Tools. So, if multiple units share a building, there is no way to check in the LDSTools app whether another unit is using the building or parts of the building, because other units calendars aren't selectable as options in LDSTools either.

It's impossible to subscribe to the building calendars. If you don't/can't subscribe, it's not available outside of the lds.org web page.

As such, it's not a limitation of LDS Tools but the infrastructure it depends on.

Because of this, any belief that "if the building is not scheduled, then I can use it" needs to be quashed, stamped out, eliminited.

Instead, ALL events need to be scheduled - even if it's just seconds before use. The penelty? Groups who have scheduled always take precidence over people who haven't - even if the event was scheduled during the unscheduled event. It's the only way to maintain order.

The calendar doesn't support the old way of one person scheduling the building for everyone. It's designed for each unit (if not each group) to do their own scheduling. The building scheduler gets involved only if there's a problem.
