LDS Tools Feature Request - HT/VT permissions

Currently on LDS Tools the Ward Clerk (and others) have the ability to see each member's home teaching and visiting teaching assignments, however the typical member doesn't even have permission to see their own home teaching/visiting teaching assignment. It would be very helpful to allow all members to see their own home teaching/visiting teaching assignment and the birthdays of the people they home/visit teach. This would make it easier for people to do their home/visiting teaching and wish these people a happy birthday.

Amen!
If members could see their own, I could just send an email saying check LDS tools for your new assignment, instead of having to track everyone down and hand them paper slips.

There have been some clear indications that this will not happen. It is difficult to provide a meaningful assignment with the information outlined in Handbook 2, 7.4 by email. And when a monthly report is made that includes the information outlined in the handbook, it probably is better given in person to a priesthood leader, not by email.
