LDS Tools issues viewing home and visiting teaching

A couple of problems/questions - I am the Relief Society president. Previously I was able to see the home teaching report. Now I can only see the visiting teaching report. There are many occasions when it is helpful for me to see if a family has been. I sited without having to cal the HP or EQ president. 2) The LDS tools app has continually shut off while I have been using it this week to create a list and all of my checked off families have been lost and so I restart and it happens again, over and over. 3) I visit teach some part member families. They show up on LDS.org as a family, but they don't show up on the LDS tools app, nor on the visiting teaching list. 4) on some of my lists on the LDS tools App, there is a blue dot on some families that cannot be removed. I cannot figure out what the dot represents and how to remove it.

Some of these things (especially whatever's causing your app to shut off) sound like they would be best addressed by the LDS Tools developers. Use the "Contact Us" feature in the LDS Tools app under Help, and send them an email – you can copy/paste your message that you posted here so you don't have to type it all again on your device.
