There is a sister in our ward whose individual record is not accessible in LDS Tools. Her name is listed with her husband's name in the directory, but when you tap on that row you are taken directly to the husband's record (instead of to a household record) and only he is listed under HOUSEHOLD MEMBERS. There is some text in the HOUSEHOLD MEMBERS section of the screen where her name should be that reads, "Youth information is only available for your home ward or branch". Both individuals have privacy set to "Stake Visibility". The husband has an out-of-unit calling, but the sister's calling is in our ward. The sister is visible in Leader and Clerk Resources and in the online directory, just not in LDS Tools. Any ideas how to fix this?
