Members without callings list in LDS tools

We are finding that our MLS custom callings aren't showing up in LDStools under the "Members without callings" report (in other words it still shows the people with custom callings). Is this just an issue for us or has it always just synced the standard callings?

You might want to check and make sure the custom callings are making it to the CDOL. If it doesn't reach the CDOL, it's not going anywhere else.

Your correct they aren't showing up on lds.org. They only show up in MLS. Is there something we can do to get them to register with CDOL?

You can try
Correcting duplicate or missing callings, in particular the part where it says "Getting callings in MLS to show up in CDOL". The update to CDOL should happen within a few minutes, so that would be easy and quick.
