Correct address but bad mapping

A new family moved into our ward about 6 weeks ago. Their records are in the Ward and the parents each have callings. They show up in LDS Tools correctly with their picture, callings and correct phone and address. However, when I click the address to see the map of the address, it brings up the location of where they lived before (in Arizona, they now live in Utah).

So which address is incorrect and where do we need to get it changed so that the mapped location is correct?

As you can read in the thread Updating Address After Moving, if a location was verified for a household in one location, and then they move to a new address, the mapped location doesn't get updated for the new address. That is unfortunately true whether that new address is in the same ward or a different ward. Many people hope that functionality can be fixed.

But for now, a clerk simply needs to go into the Maps application and move the marker to the correct location for where the family now lives. An alternative approach is to update the address using Leader Resources on LDS.org (the change doesn't have to be anything significant -- just any change will do), which will cause the household location to become unverified and then the marker in the Maps application will move to wherever the system geocodes the new address. A clerk will still need to verify the new location.
