LDS Tools for iOS data sync and MRN issues

Hi. I am wondering if anyone else has had issues similar to mine, mentioned below.

1. Every time I use the update data, it seems to complete (the progress pie chart fills) and then the app crashes. When I start the app again, there is no updated data. If I remove the app and then reinstall it, the first data pull works. Right now, that is the only way I have to update my data.
2. I am the Executive Secretary in our ward. Up until recently (say, the last 2-3 weeks), when I open a member's information in the app, I was getting the Member Record Number displayed. At one point, it was available on only my iPhone or on my iPad, but now it is now visible on either. The first counselor in our bishopric has problematic access to the MRN, but his is more often then not working. Our bishop does not have it at all on his iPad. We all have the correct reports in the tool. All of our callings in MLS, and thus, lds.org, are correct and standard callings.

Has anyone had either of these problems? If so, what did you do to resolve them?

Your second point seems to be related to the topic discussed in the thread Ordinances tab on Member Look-up has disappeared.
