Ward Executive Secretary calendar access in LDS Tools

Our executive secretary is having trouble seeing all of the necessary calendars in LDS Tools. He needs to see the bishop's appointment calendar in LDS tools, but cannot. And of the calendar items which he can see, it appears that they are not synchronized between the ward calendar (lds.org), and the LDS Tools app.
Any ideas out there?
