new ward boundaries

I would like to know the boundaries of a new ward that I maybe moving into and can't get this information because I am not part of the ward. Any ideas? Since this is in a rural area and it would be nice to be sort of close to other members of the church this would be a good thing to know, don't need to know members names but where they are located would be nice. I will be looking at large pieces of land so yes this is an important consideration in the purchase of the land any ideas. Short of driving to the new ward what are my options?
