The LDS.org website has our boundaries drawn correctly; however, when you type in the address for an address (apartments) in the ward search, it shows the apartments in another ward. In other words, even though you type in the correct address the icon on the map shows the apartment location incorrectly, on the east side of ward boundry, which is why it shows another ward as the ward for that address.

You can actually place your mouse over the icon and drag it to the proper location of the apartments and then the correct ward is shown .

I also noticed two households located in your ward but the icon shows them another ward. Again, if you drag the icon over the correct home, then they are indicated as part of the correct ward.

To give feedback on any issues with the Maps on lds.org:
  1. Hover over the control panel on the bottom of the map area
  2. Click on the Place Marker icon (the green square that is the first icon on the left)
  3. Click in the map near the location that has the issue
  4. This will pop up a box that includes a "Give Feedback" link
  5. Click the Give Feedback link, which will pop up a box with a form for giving feedback.
However, many of the feedback categories that you can select don't actually allow you to give feedback; instead, they direct you to report your issues somewhere else.

For example, for the category type "Boundaries are incorrect," you are told
Boundaries of all types are maintained at Church headquarters, but local leaders can submit questions or suggestions for improvement.

Please notify ward or branch leaders if boundaries of any type are incorrect.

Are you saying that the indicated location for the address is incorrect? That's probably an issue with the underlying map technology. The clerk and/or the families can move the icon to it's correct location. That's why the feature is there to allow the marker to be moved. Mapping a address to an exact location is something that can be imprecise depending on the data available to the map maker.
