I stitching together a large detailed map by tiling screenshots from classic maps.
It looks like the only way to move my view is by manually (and thus imprecisely) dragging the map. Any idea how I can move the map strictly sideways?
(Didn't there used to be directional buttons for moving the view north, south, east, west?)
Thanks,
D.G.

Re: Constrained east/west scroll
I don't see any way to move precisely left or right, but one thing you could try is making the window really wide – pull the window off the side of the screen until you just have the edge visible, then pull the edge to make it wider, then drag it off the side of your screen again and repeat. Once the window is really wide, you can move the window instead of trying to move the map. Make sure you toggle full screen on!
