lds maps

i can only see members from my home stake on the ldsmaps. therefore I can't download the csv file for the stake or ward that i am serving in. i would like to be able to put the members of the ward i am serving in into my gps, and I used to be able to do that, but I noticed that as of recently, I cannot. i wasn't sure if that was supposed to be the case; maybe there was a change in the privacy policy that changed that, but i was just wondering.
