So, the map of ward members is not very accurate at all. I could have the members go in and independently verify their location, but most of them would not know how to do that.

I have a solution, but I need some help implementing it. I have a separate program that geo-codes their addresses and can create a .csv file with all the information. Is there a way to upload this .csv file into the maps application on maps.lds.org?

There is no such capability currently. Ask you can do as a clerk is to manually move markers and verify locations.

You can also enlist the help of some assistant ward clerks to help out. Unfortunately, it will take a lot of manual work.
