Household verification status icons missing

I just noticed a lack of verification icons in the Maps directory of households list this evening. Prior to this evening only verified households had no icon displayed to the right of the household name. Previously unmapped, unverified, and member verified households had the appropriate icon displayed. The location marker icons on the map are displaying correctly. I wonder if others are seeing an absence of verification status icons also.

No, I'm seeing all the icons: I see the opt-out and unverified icons in both the directory and map sections, and also the unmapped icons in the directory section.

Later: What I reported above was indeed true for my ward. But then I started looking around at other wards in my stake. For 4 of them, I didn't see any icons in the directory section (although I did in the map section). For 2 of those, no boundary lines were displayed. For one of the wards, nothing was displayed in the directory section, and no markers of any kind (or boundary lines) were displayed in the map section.

But for every one of these cases, a browser refresh fixed the problem completely. I had to do the refresh for each of the wards, and in a couple of cases I had to do the refresh a couple of times. I thought that clearing my browser's cache might fix the problem for all the wards at once, but I found that doing that seemed to make the problem worse -- for example, my ward had worked just fine the first time I looked at it, but after clearing the cache, it didn't display the directory or map icons, and I had to do the browser refresh.

I'm getting the icons today. But from one day to the next the Maps program appears to be a bit flaky. When I first opened Maps today my ward household list was blank and there were no location markers on the map. I did a refresh and nothing changed. I then selected another ward in my stake and everything appeared fine. I then reselected my ward and again there was nothing in the household listing and no map location markers. I did two refreshes and finally got the household list to display but without any verification icons. I did a third refresh and finally got everything. That is a lot of work to get the program to work as it should.
