Hi,

I have two devices, my computer and a tablet. Also, Others have the same problem as my tablet...only they have a computer.

Problem: When going to lds.org, then clicking on LDS Church..I get a Medium Picture with
the wordss "Memu" and "tools" (after I have signed in). I Click on "tools" then Directory..By scrolling down, on the first column, to missionary, and then selecting a missionary..then the Photo of that missionary and an framed area called "Mission Boundary" is shown...only it is blank...both on a tablet as well on some computers...

Question: What is required to have the Mission Boundary Appear? Is it "Not Having Adobe Flash Player"? or something else...?

Can you provide an answer? colingardner3@gmail.com

I know that it can be very slow displaying the mission maps -- I've had to wait over 30 seconds sometimes for the map to appear. As near as I can tell, the map display doesn't use Flash. One troubleshooting step you might try is following the link just above the upper right corner of the maps box, labeled "View in LDS Maps"; that might give you a clue as to whether it is a problem with the Directory, or the Church's mapping technology in general.
