I cannot record a reconvened council when the original decision was formal probation. It says the action is still in progress. Should I just delete it because formal probations aren't recorded in Salt Lake anyway?

I assume you're asking about the tool at lds.org/leader. I suggest you call or email using the contact information at the bottom of the tool to get a correct answer.

You should make sure you have printed a copy of it for your records. Once you do that go ahead and delete it from the system. We have recently changed this behavior in the online system where it will walk you through printing the report and then deleting it.
Once you delete that record, you should be good to create the reconvened council.
